The store complies with the legislation of Ukraine on the terms of return and exchange of goods, but with changes on the part of the store, taking into account all possible delivery methods.
1. In the case of ordering clothes by cash on delivery, checking: quality, colors, style, fit - try-ons and agreements on exchange or refusal are made exclusively AT THE OFFICE OF THE POST OFFICE.
The CASH PAYMENT service provides just such a mechanism!
Detection of defects or other damages MUST be checked by the client at the post office, and if any defects are detected, an ACP on damage or non-compliance is drawn up.
Why so?
In case of ordering clothes by CASH PAYMENT, all expenses and risks with loss of funds are assumed by the STORE (return costs from UAH 100 to UAH 170).
The store decided to resolve all disputes on such orders upon receipt, because this is the only way to be sure that the item was not damaged by the customer during the fitting at home.
2. In case of shortage
When ordering with CASH PAYMENT, clothing is checked at the branch, as specified in point 1.
2.1 If a defect was found in the mail, it was impossible, due to the specifics of the clothes, an exchange is possible, individually, according to point 1.
2.2 If the order is made with full or partial payment, the exchange takes place at the expense of the STORE
3. When ordering with a minimum payment
The order is checked at the post office in accordance with point 1.
4. When ordering goods with full payment
4.1 If the customer received an item that does not correspond to his order due to the fault of the seller, in the following points: size, color, defect - the costs of replacement are paid by the store.
4.2 If, in the buyer's opinion, the item is of inadequate quality, the customer has the right to return the item and receive MONEY ON THE CARD, after the seller collects the return from the post office and checks for integrity and preservation of the product appearance.
In this case, the return costs are borne by the buyer.
4.3 Returns and exchanges are possible within 14 days
5. Exchange when ordering by cash on delivery
The exchange is carried out in accordance with SECTION 1
Exceptions are cases when the customer receives a package from the post office, but has not checked it carefully enough, and wants to replace the size at will.
In such cases, EXCHANGE IS POSSIBLE and is carried out thanks to the BUYER. The new thing leaves only after the store has received the package by mail and checked for compliance.
6. Refund mechanism
If the rules of the store provide for a refund, it happens according to the following principle - the customer sends the item to the address he AGREED WITH THE STORE, sends the goods - a shipping invoice, and a card number for refund. The store, after checking the item for compliance with the product appearance, returns the funds to the specified card within 2 days.
